Digging is not as good as before with lower Shard prices, but still competitive to active grinding silver as it’s mostly AFK so you can do other stuff. I used 2,200 Shovels which is a good sample size , but I would say this was on the lower end of what I usually get. I know MP tax but other items somewhat make up for that.
RNG you could get less you could get more. There are better ways for sure if you are active gathering.
