Fishing is the easiest path to making money early in the game! No need for workers. No need for a fancy house. You’re just a node or two away from fishing and getting some cash in Black Desert Online!

To fish up better fish and less junk, get yourself a good boat and travel to the islands! A little planning ahead ensures you can make a vehicle, like a boat faster. Prioritize getting wood from a logging site with your NPC workers ASAP! You’ll need a ton of it!

Once we have our fish, head back to your town that’s connected to the nodes you were fishing around, and sell your fish the local merchant!

This also will give you a taste of the fantastic supply and demand system in the game. It tracks the various influences of activity by players and world events, which impact prices of goods. This creates a dynamic and challenging trade system that can make for some exciting trade runs from town to town!

To use the bookshelf interact with it on an alt character. Reading takes 1 hour and all your characters can read at the same time. You cannot change channels while reading.
